special solutions

The Softline VIP Special Solutions Department creates specialised solutions or reports for clients using (mostly) Softline VIP Data via ODBC connection.

Solutions are based on specific requests from clients and examples are:

• Automation of payroll office procedures such as the generation of input sheets for various departments / branches as well as the subsequent consolidation and import of the input data into the Softline VIP System.
• Graphic presentation of data such as graphs for the management of absenteeism.
• The generation of the Remchannel Salary Survey.
• The quarterly submission for Statistics South Africa.
• Staff Movement.
• Budgeting and Costing Reports.
• Business Intelligence Manager (BIM): User can either write their own reports or VIP’s Special Solutions Department can customize reports according to the client’s specific needs.
