infoslips

VIP InfoSlips is an interactive document that does not simply replace the current VIP paper payslip, but offers recipients an improved Total Compensation Statement. InfoSlips integrate data from diverse sources outside the VIP Payroll system that can be attached, such as newsletters, travel claims, commission statements etc.

Instead of printing a payslip, the InfoSlip data gets exported form the VIP Payroll system using the the InfoSlip extract tool thus creating a tamper-proof Infoslip. Once exported, the data is uploaded onto a secure website (https) from where the InfoSlips will be compiled and released to employees.

A Personal User Key (PUK) code and password are required to view the InfoSlip file. InfoSlip files are stored in a secure repository and are accessible at all times.

Leave Calender

• View all or selected Leave balances.
• All or selected Leave transactions are stored from the last December to the following January (14 months.
• Employees are able to plan leave and manage it more effectively.

Graphic Display of Remuneration / Cost to Company Details

• Provides employees with a snapshot overview of Total Package or Cost-to-Company Totals.
• A pie chart illustrates the components of the employees’ Remuneration.
• Detailed listing of Earnings, Deductions, Company Contributions, Perks Tax Items, Hours or Shifts, Sundry items such as BCEA rate, pensionable salary, tax on bonus etc.

Print Versions

Infoslip

• The print version mirrors the VIP laser payslip.
• Branded for authentication.
• Additional information such as loan balances, garnishees, etc. can be reflected.

IRP5

• IRP5s can be attached in any pay period after the Live IRP5 Run in VIP Payroll.

Update and Query Links

• Employees are able to dynamically query their Personal, Leave and Financial details.
• Emails get populated with the queried data.
• The Infoslip caters for up to three different recipient query e-mail addresses.
