Social Responsibility  

VIP Payroll is committed to being a responsible and contributing company in South Africa. VIP’s strategy for community investment is therefore designed to enhance the relationships between the company and the communities in which we operate and act as an added platform to communicate the brand values and vision to key stakeholders.

VIP Payroll realises the value of involving employees in the CSR activities of the organization. As such we will constantly endeavour to implement programmes that involve employee participation whilst also achieving the corporate objectives. 

In light of this the VIP Cares initiative was launched with individual and on-going projects that focus on helping people and NPOs with whatever needs they may have. Although some of these projects involve financial support, the VIP Cares initiative also aims to have VIP employees personally involved by donating time and effort for the causes. The effects have been profound on both VIP employees and the individuals and organisations receiving aid.  VIP Cares is also focused on environmental projects, including nature conservation and extensive recycling projects to lower our environmental impact.
