Job Grading 

VIP HR Specialist Services provides job grading on both Paterson and Equate. The following Job Evaluation (Grading) Approach is followed:
  1. Obtain management approval for job grading.
  2. Inform client of the purpose and the procedure for job profiling.
  3. Review and select job the evaluation method.
  4. Gather information on all internal jobs.
  5. Facilitate job grading sessions using subject matter experts.
  6. Provide the client with a job grading report for each graded job.
